• Develop and manage vendor base for MRO supplies
• Ensure timely PR/PO creation and follow-up for material delivery
• Maintain records of MRO items, usage, and inventory in ERP system
• Support preventive and breakdown maintenance with quick material supply
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements
• Drive cost reduction initiatives through alternate sourcing and negotiations
• Maintain proper storage, identification, and 5S in MRO stores
