Job summary

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Production planning and execution: Monitor & improve production processes to ensure efficient use of resources, handle final pack lines with lean management, coordinate with other departments, ensure export and domestic shipment completion on time, analyze production data to identify trends, handle PH/Hourly operators, evaluate & maintain equipment, train operators, ensure 5S, production, quality, safety, prepare production reports, achieve KPIs, initiate productivity improvement projects, Kaizen headcount reduction, ISO QMS, EMS, OH&S certification.
• Safety & Quality: Maintain and enforce health & safety standards, ensure in-process and final assembly product quality, achieve quality performance indices, reduce cost of poor quality.
• Inventory Management & Cost Reduction: Manage BOM inventory, control month-end inventory, initiate cost reduction projects.
• Others: Maintain 5S+, initiate & lead improvement projects on final pack line, collaborate with AME/CFT for new project improvements online.

Education and Professional Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or BE in any stream.
• 2–3 Years of experience in mass production & manufacturing industry; HVAC industry experience is an advantage.
