The ideal candidates should possess a Mechanical Engineering background and a strong interest in manufacturing operations, production planning, and shop floor management.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in CNC‑based manufacturing, manual lathe operations, and workshop production processes while contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
- Support CNC-based manufacturing and manual lathe operations.
- Assist in workshop production activities and daily manufacturing processes.
- Ensure smooth execution of production schedules and operational plans.
- Monitor machine utilization and production efficiency.
Production Planning & Execution
- Assist in production planning and daily execution activities.
- Coordinate with supervisors and operators to achieve production targets.
- Monitor shop floor activities and ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
Quality & Documentation
- Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Prepare and maintain production‑related documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality requirements.
- Assist in identifying and resolving production‑related issues.
Team Coordination
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Participate in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure workplace safety standards are followed at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required

- Good team coordination and interpersonal abilities.

- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production operations.

Experience & Additional Requirements
