Job summary

Jayashree Polymer Exports Pvt Ltd in Maharashtra seeks a skilled controls engineer with PLC programming expertise to design, program, test, and commission automated production lines. You will develop HMI/SCADA interfaces, read electrical drawings, and connect PLCs with drives and field instrumentation across Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, Delta, and Omron platforms.

Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams, document I/O lists and schematics, and support maintenance to minimize downtime

Responsibilities

• Strong proficiency in PLC programming languages
• Experience with HMI/SCADA development
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols
• Familiarity with CAD or AutoCAD for reading/editing electrical drawings
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical operators.
• Design & Programming
• Write, test, and deploy PLC code (such as ladder logic and structured text) using major industry platforms like Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Delta or Omron
• System Integration
• Connect PLCs with HMIs, SCADA networks, drives (VFDs, servo motors), and field instrumentation (analog/digital I/O)
• Testing & Commissioning
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance- Diagnose system faults, fix software or hardware glitches, minimize downtime, and update safety interlocks.
• Documentation: Create clear electrical schematics, I/O lists, operational manuals, and software backup logs
• Collaboration: Work with mechanical and electrical teams to integrate automated hardware into production lines safely and efficiently
