• Collect daily progress data from execution teams and site records to prepare interim and final bills.
• Verify quantities executed at site against BOQ and technical specs, ensuring correct rates and billing terms.
• Prepare measurement sheets, joint measurement records (JMRs), and abstract sheets with site execution and QA/QC teams.
• Assist in preparing client running account (RA) bills based on certified progress, contract terms, and milestones.
• Coordinate with contracts and commercial teams to incorporate approved variations and change orders into the billing process.

The Team Member - Billing - Site is responsible for preparing and processing running and final bills for subcontractors and vendors, as well as assisting with client billing activities. The role ensures accurate quantity measurement, documentation, and certification of work done in alignment with contractual terms, specifications, and timelines. It supports the commercial and execution teams by maintaining billing records, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely approvals and disbursements.
