Job summary

Rudra Buildwell Projects is seeking a diligent Billing and Quantity Surveying assistant to support the preparation and verification of contractor and subcontractor bills aligned with work completed. You will take site measurements, maintain records, and prepare BOQs, rate analysis, and work orders, ensuring accuracy against drawings and contracts.

You will coordinate with Site, QS, Projects, Accounts, and contractors to ensure timely submissions of bills, RA bills, and variation statements,

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify contractor and subcontractor bills as per work completed.
• Take and verify site measurements and maintain measurement records.
• Prepare BOQs, rate analysis, quantity statements, and work orders.
• Check quantities and rates against approved drawings, BOQ, and contracts.
• Coordinate with Site, QS, Projects, Accounts, and contractors for billing activities.
• Prepare RA bills, variation statements, and reconciliation reports.
• Track work progress and ensure timely submission of bills.
• Verify material consumption and quantities wherever required.
• Maintain proper records of measurements, bills, approvals, and supporting documents.
• Assist in cost monitoring and project-related MIS reports.
