Job summary

ReNew is seeking an Assistant Manager - Wind Asset Management in Limbawas, Madhya Pradesh. The role requires a BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.

You will custodian operating assets, oversee site KPI performance, ensure safety standards, and manage O&M contract obligations across wind projects. You will coordinate with O&M contractors, prepare data/MIS for management, plan resources, and drive safety and ESG initiatives at the site level.

Qualifications

• B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 6 to 10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Custodian of operating asset and implement asset management activities within the framework of technical, quality, safety, health and environment standards.
• Oversee asset performance of sites in a cluster as per business KPIs (LPF, MA, GA, RA).
• Adherence to safety KPIs (safety leading indicators) as per business targets for respective Site.
• Oversee and drive compliance and statutory requirements.
• Oversee and ensure the adherence of O&M Contract obligations for the respective Site.
• Coordinate with O&M Contractor for open issues; support state lead in data and MIS to management; planning of resources and execution to carry out critical activity for wind turbine generators; oversee safety and ESG initiatives in the respective Site.

Position: Assistant Manager - Wind Asset Management

Education: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Location: Limbawas, Madhya Pradesh

Responsibilities:

• To be the custodian of operating asset and to implement asset management activities within the framework of technical, quality, safety, health and environment standards.
• To oversee and ensure asset performance of sites in a respective cluster (multiple sites) as per business KPIs (i.e LPF, MA, GA, RA)
• Adherence to safety KPIs (safety leading indicators) as per business targets for respective Site
• Oversee and drive compliance and statutory requirements
• Oversee and ensure the adherence of O&M Contract obligations for the respective Site
• Coordination with O&M Contractor for the open issues for that respective Site
  Support to state lead in preparation of data and various presentation/MIS to management
  Planning of resources and execution to carry out critical activity for wind turbine generators
  Oversee, drive and implement safety and ESG initiatives in the respective Site.
