This role covers planning, operations, preventive and breakdown maintenance, safety compliance, operator supervision, and coordination with execution teams to ensure high equipment availability and cost efficiency for project execution.

Qualifications

• Prepare and implement site-specific preventive maintenance schedules for all critical and support equipment.
• Supervise breakdown response, root cause analysis, and timely repairs in coordination with technicians, OEMs, and vendors.
• Monitor equipment utilization, fuel consumption, idle time, operating costs, and drive actions to improve efficiency.
• Ensure all equipment and operators comply with safety protocols, statutory requirements, and internal SOPs.
