Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Bengaluru, India seeks a P&M asset planner to oversee project-based allocation and monitoring of all machinery and vehicles. You will generate daily, weekly and monthly reports, and support optimal resource utilization across road, bridge and metro projects.

The role involves monitoring hired P&M, tracking fuel, identifying risks, and ensuring maintenance and budgeting for equipment. Experience in heavy machinery management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project-wise allocation and monitoring of all P&M assets
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports and reviews
• Prepare programs for optimum resource utilization
• Monitor hired P&M
• Monitor HSD consumption and tracking
• Monitor output from different P&M
• Identify breakdowns and associated risks
• Manage construction vehicles: dumpers, tippers, trailers, four-wheelers
• Construction equipment: TBMs, concrete mixers, compactors, pavers, road rollers, pumps, batching plants
• Minimize idle P&M
• Erect major plant and machinery
• Prepare budgets for P&M
• Monitor P&M costs
• Handle roads, bridges and metro projects
• Service and regular maintenance of equipment
• Prepare DMR and perform analysis

• Const.Equipments- TBM, Concrete Mixers, Compactors, Pavers, Road Rollers, Heavy Duty Pumps, Batching plants, etc
• Minimizing idle P&M
• Erection of major plant & Machinery
• Budget preparation for P&M
• P&M Cost monitoring
• Should handle both Roads and Bridges and Metro projects.
• Servicing/ Regular maintenance of equipment's
• Preparation of DMR and analysis
