Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a skilled professional to oversee construction equipment maintenance and asset management for road, bridge, and metro projects. The role focuses on allocation, monitoring, and cost control across multiple sites, with emphasis on timely reporting and resource optimization.

Responsibilities include budgeting for P&M, monitoring HSD consumption, and ensuring regular servicing of equipment. The candidate should manage both site and project needs with strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 4–14 years of relevant experience in Construction Equipment Maintenance
• Experience in project-wise allocation & monitoring assets

Responsibilities

• Project wise Allocation & Monitoring all assets related to P&M
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports generation & review
• Program preparation for Optimum utilization of resources
• Monitoring hired P&M
• Monitoring HSD consumption & tracking
• Monitoring output form different P&M
• Identification of break downs & its risk
• Construction Vehicles- Dumpers, Tippers, Trailers, Four Wheelers c) Matl.Handling Equpmt- Cranes
• Const.Equipments- TBM, Concrete Mixers, Compactors, Pavers, Road Rollers, Heavy Duty Pumps, Batching plants, etc
• Erection of major plant & Machinery
• Budget preparation for P&M
• P&M Cost monitoring
• Should handle both Roads and Bridges and Metro projects.
• Servicing/ Regular maintenance of equipment's
• Preparation of DMR and analysis
