Job summary

Zodiac HR Consultants is seeking an experienced Project Coordination professional for EPC/LSTK projects, including liquid storage terminals and cross-country pipelines in Mumbai. You will liaise with engineering, procurement, construction, planning and QA/QC teams to ensure on-time delivery and strict compliance with API/ASME/OISD standards.

The role emphasizes end-to-end project coordination, progress tracking and regular reporting to management, with exposure to Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Experience in Tank Fabrication, Liquid Storage Terminals and Cross-Country Pipeline Projects.
• Strong understanding of EPC/LSTK project lifecycle.
• Knowledge of API 650 tanks, piping and pipeline execution.
• Exposure to Primavera P6 / MS Project and project reporting.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Exposure to OISD norms, ERP, PMC/consultant coordination will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end EPC/LSTK project activities with internal and site teams.
• Monitor Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning deliverables.
• Track API 650 tank fabrication, erection, welding, NDT, hydro-testing, piping and pipeline execution.
• Coordinate with Planning team for schedules, milestones, look-ahead plans and recovery plans.
• Monitor procurement including PRs, vendor drawings, inspection, dispatch and site delivery.
• Track project progress, critical path, delays, risks and mitigation actions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, S-curves and management presentations.
• Coordinate client/PMC meetings, MOMs and action-item closures.
• Support variations, change orders, claims, EOT and delay documentation.
• Coordinate project billing, measurement sheets and progress certificates.
• Ensure compliance with API, ASME, IS and OISD requirements.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, Document Control and Commercial teams.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordination professional to coordinate and monitor multiple EPC/LSTK projects, including Liquid Storage Terminals, API 650 storage tanks and Cross-Country Pipeline projects.
