Job summary

Adityaauto in Bengaluru, India seeks maintenance professionals with 3–8 years in automotive/motor manufacturing. You will oversee maintenance of fully automated lines, perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and automation systems to minimize downtime.

The role involves supporting installation and commissioning of new machines, maintaining records, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with production, quality and engineering

Having 3– 8 years of Maintenance Domain experience in the Automotive/Motor ManufacturingIndustry with B.E. / B.Tech. inMechanical or Electrical or Electronical or Mechatronics/ D.M.E

What you’ll do at Aditya:

1. Carry out maintenance of fully automated production lines and motor manufacturing machines (PMDC motor line).
2. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
4. Support installation, commissioning, and parameterization of new machines and utilities.
5. Maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure timely reporting.
6. Ensure optimal performance of utilities (compressors, chillers, HVAC, DG, etc.).
7. Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams for smooth operations.
8. Implement safety measures and compliance with statutory requirements.
