Qualifications

• Exposure to DVP preparation and validation activities.

What you’ll do at Aditya:

Responsible for design and development of automotive motor products including PMDC and BLDC motors. The role involves new product development, customer coordination, engineering documentation, validation support, and cross‑functional project execution.

Here’s what we are looking for:

• Design and develop automotive DC / PMDC / BLDC motors.
• Create 3D models, 2D drawings, Engineering BOM & SAP BOM using CATIA.
• Support NPD, DFMEA, APQP, and validation activities.
• Handle ECRs, VAVE activities, and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and testing teams.
• Participate in technical problem‑solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Interact with customers and internal technical centres.
• Support prototype development and product validation.

• Strong automotive motor design and development knowledge
• Expertise in CATIA software
• Experience in PMDC motor electrical & mechanical design
• Hands‑on experience in DFMEA and APQP procedures
