Job summary

Amor Management Consultants seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineering / Automation professional with strong expertise in EV motor manufacturing and automated production lines. You will lead engineering, maintenance and automation for BLDC/PMSM lines, troubleshoot coil winding and testing equipment, and drive OEE and downtime reductions through RCA and preventive strategies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in EV motor manufacturing facilities.
• Strong background in automation and maintenance of production lines.
• Exposure to PLC/HMI/SCADA, servo systems, robotics and vision systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering, maintenance and automation activities for BLDC/PMSM motor manufacturing lines.
• Manage and troubleshoot equipment such as coil winding, magnet insertion, balancing, varnishing, fusing, Dyno and EOL testing systems.
• Drive OEE, machine availability, MTBF, MTTR and downtime reduction through effective maintenance and RCA.
• Handle PLC/HMI/SCADA, servo systems, motion control, robotics/cobots, vision systems and automated assembly equipment.
• Support new machine specification, PFMEA, machine trials, PPAP, installation and commissioning.
• Drive Preventive/Predictive Maintenance, RCA, 8D and Poka-Yoke initiatives.
• Ensure PLC/HMI software backup, version control and continuous improvement of automation systems.
• Lead maintenance teams and ensure compliance with EHS, LOTO and plant safety standards.
• Ensure reliable operation of critical plant utilities and electrical systems.
