Qualifications

• Experience of 10–13 years in machine shop leadership.
• Proficiency in HMC operations and tool presetting.
• High-precision milling with 10 micron tolerance.
• Knowledge of 5-axis machines and ZPS concepts.
• Strong English communication and people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead machine shop operations and ensure on-time manufacturing.
• Schedule machines as per plan and optimize throughput.
• Maintain tool life monitoring and precision of milling.
• Coordinate with maintenance and ensure bottlenecks are resolved.
• Ensure quality and data-driven decision making.
