Job summary

Tata Electronics Limited in Tamil Nadu is seeking shift-focused personnel to lead operators, assign tasks, and ensure smooth production flow. The role centers on CTQ/CTP audits, defect identification, and corrective actions with the production team to maintain quality standards.

You will monitor WIP on a shift basis, track environmental parameters, and train operating staff while coordinating with facilities and engineering for timely closure of issues and comprehensive shift reporting.

Responsibilities

• Shift team collaboration and assign the work to the operators
• Audit the CTQ & CTP stations according to the POR and work with production supervisors for the issues closure.
• Shift wise line wip audit arrangement and wip monitoring as per standard
• OPs Training , performance & Certification monitoring including kappa and simulation on shift wise
• Identifying defects , non-conformities or deviation from quality standards and collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions including QC Sampling ,
• Abnormal issues handling and initiate the line stop for the process deviations/ Non POR activities and work with shift team to release the QOH.
• Verify the environmental parameters adherence and work with production/facilities and Engg team for the control actions.
• Make the shift report and submit to internal team for consolidation
