Job summary

Linde India Limited invites a commissioning engineer to participate in pre-/commissioning activities for medium & large ASU and nitrogen generators, supporting PG tests, SOPs, and start-up procedures. The role involves preparing operation manuals, commissioning plans, field readiness, and coordination with project and discipline engineers to safely achieve production targets and optimized performance.

Qualifications

• B. Tech in chemical or mechanical engineering.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in operations or commissioning.
• Experience with plant start-up and commissioning activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare plant operation manual and submit for review/approval.
• Prepare PG Test Procedure in line with contract specs.
• Coordinate with Process Design & Project Management Group.
• Develop pre-commissioning and commissioning plan & schedule.
• Coordinate field preparation for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Support startup, stabilization, and optimization with performance validation.
• Ensure safety processes and LINDE safety guidelines during commissioning.
• Assist Commissioning Manager in handover to client's operations team.
• Prepare and submit daily commissioning reports.

• In this role, you will prepare Plant operation manual and submit for further review and approval
• Further, you will prepare PG Test Procedure, in compliance with contract technical specification and in consultation with
• Process Design & Project Management Group
• Furthermore, you will prepare pre-commissioning and commissioning plan & schedule including Blow-out sequence & sequence of activities
• Moreover, you will be responsible for field preparation for Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Activities in coordination with Project Manager, Site Manager and Disciplines Engineers (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation) & Safety
• Further, you will participate in pre-commissioning & commissioning and assisting Commissioning Lead for Plant startup, stabilization, optimization, and achieving production parameters & utility consumption by performance validation of equipment and units
• Furthermore, your responsibility is to ensure safety processes during commissioning, implementation of LINDE safety guidelines during commissioning
• Moreover, you will assist Commissioning Manager in Conducting PGT and hand over to Client's operation team
• Additionally, you will prepare and submit daily commissioning reports
