Job summary

Linde India is seeking an Associate Manager Operations & Maintenance to ensure safety, reliability, and continuous product supply at its plant. You will lead mechanical operations, coordinate with OE teams, and manage PM/ACMS tasks while ensuring compliance with internal and statutory standards.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical engineering background with 5–6 years in air separation or large continuous processing environments, focusing on zero breakdowns and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Mechanical Engineering with 5–6 years of experience in Air Separation Unit or large continuous process industry.
• Experience in safety, reliability and proactive maintenance of plant equipment.
• Knowledge of FI/IMS and internal regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Achieve zero breakdowns and maximize equipment efficiency through condition monitoring.
• Coordinate with OE team for equipment health monitoring and reliability improvements.
• Handle mechanical operations and maintenance with PM/ACMS tasks and schedule adherence.
• Lead EMOC reviews and ensure compliance with FI, IMS and statutory requirements.
• Prepare maintenance reports, KPI data and SAP data reconciliation.

• In this role, you will be responsible for achieving zero breakdowns and maximizing efficiency of equipment's through condition monitoring
• Further, you will coordinate with OE team for equipment health monitoring, relief and reliability improvement
• Additionally, you will be responsible for mechanical operations and maintenance along with specific assigned PM/ACMS tasks execution and close with in schedule
• Initiating Engineering management of change I(EMOC) and reviewing mechanical area is a part of your responsibility
• Furthermore, you will be responsible to comply FI, IMS and other internal and statutory requirements and ensure 100% compliance of applicable statutory and Linde requirements
• Likewise, you will be responsible for achieving safety and the quality standards of the company through training, conducting audits and closing out on the assigned actions arising out of the audits
• Moreover, you are in charge for report preparation and submission as per schedule such as maintenance report, KPI preparation, inventory & SAP data reconciliation etc
