Job summary

Tata Projects Limited is seeking a BIM Modeler to develop and manage high-quality BIM models for Civil, Architectural, Structural, and MEP projects. You will ensure model accuracy, coordinate across disciplines, and produce documentation in line with project schedules.

The role requires a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Architecture and 5+ years of BIM coordination experience. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC, and Dynamo is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E/B.Tech. in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Architecture.
• 5+ years of BIM coordination, design coordination, and multidisciplinary project execution.
• Software skills include Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC, Dynamo, and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage high-quality BIM models for Civil, Architectural, Structural, and MEP projects.
• Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards, BIM protocols, and coordination requirements.
• Produce construction documentation and model-based deliverables per project schedules.
• Perform model reviews, clash resolution, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior modelers and provide technical guidance on BIM tools and workflows.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to meet schedule and quality targets.

The BIM Modeler shall be responsible for developing and managing high-quality BIM models, ensuring compliance with project standards, and supporting the delivery of coordinated design and construction documentation across multidisciplinary projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage high-quality BIM models for Civil, Architectural, Structural, and MEP projects.
• Ensure model accuracy, compliance with project standards, BIM protocols, and coordination requirements.
• Produce construction documentation, shop drawings, and model-based deliverables in accordance with project schedules.
• Perform model reviews, clash resolution support, and coordination activities with multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior modelers and provide technical guidance on BIM tools, workflows, and best practices.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes within schedule and quality targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/B.E/ B.Tech. in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Architecture.
• 5 plus Years of relevant experience in BIM coordination, design coordination, and multidisciplinary project execution
• Software Skills: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC, Dynamo, and MS Office Suite.
