Job summary

Core Consultants in Gurugram is seeking a BIM Manager to lead BIM coordination and implementation across projects. You will manage BIM workflows, ensure model accuracy, and coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP teams to deliver integrated models.

You will mentor junior staff, support 4D/5D integration, and ensure QA/QC standards are followed for all outputs. Strong communication in English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of BIM coordination/management experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or Diploma with relevant BIM leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, standards and workflows.
• Coordinate between Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams for integrated BIM models.

Job description

The position involves working as part of a multidisciplinary project team, taking a lead role in BIM coordination and implementation across projects. The BIM Manager will be responsible for managing BIM workflows, ensuring model accuracy and coordination between disciplines, and supporting project delivery with high-quality digital engineering outputs. The role also includes mentoring and guiding junior BIM staff within the team.

Role And Responsibilities

• Manage and lead BIM coordination activities across multiple projects with minimal supervision, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows across projects.
• Coordinate effectively between architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure integrated BIM models.
• Perform clash detection, issue resolution, and coordination reporting using Navisworks Manage and BIMcollab Zoom.
• Ensure all BIM models, drawings, reports, and documentation follow QA/QC and document control procedures.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver coordinated design solutions.
• Monitor model accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with project requirements.
• Support 4D/5D BIM integration where required for project planning and cost estimation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior BIM coordinators and modelers.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate BIM progress, risks, and issues to project leads.
• Ensure proper model exchange, file management, and coordination between CORE and associated teams.
• Coordinate with design teams on model set-up, CDE workflows, and project-specific BIM requirements.
• Support drawing extraction, sheet set-up, annotations, title blocks, templates, and submission reviews.
• Conduct audits, model checks, and quality reviews using Revit tools and checking workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in BIM coordination and management roles in construction/engineering projects.
• B.E/ B. Tech in Civil Engineering.

• Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Competencies / Skills

• Strong experience in BIM coordination, model management, and clash detection processes.
• Hands-on expertise in Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.
• Working knowledge of Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP preferred).
• Understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and execution plans.
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination (Architectural, Structural, MEP).
• Knowledge of construction documentation, QA/QC processes, and BIM deliverables.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferably knowledge of AutoCAD and other BIM-related tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Fluency in English with good technical communication skills.
