Job summary

ACG in Mumbai is seeking a skilled software developer to configure and develop PLC and SCADA software for various projects. Your role will involve creating programs, managing software backups, and ensuring compliance with ACG's validation standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in control systems software development and must be familiar with GMP/GAMP practices. Additionally, imparting training to QA and supporting machine integration tests are key tasks in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in design and development of control systems software using PLC and SCADA.
• Worked in the PLC and SCADA system house or OEM capital goods / pharma machine.
• Experience in executing factory acceptance tests (FAT) and machine integration tests.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop software programs for production machines.
• Document and execute disaster recovery processes for PLC and SCADA.
• Impart training on new machine functions and special customer solutions.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Configure and develop software programs (PLC, HMI and SCADA) for the projects using Master codes and GMP / GAMP and ACG Company validation and test standards in order to achieve on time delivery in full, for production machines as per Sales Order.
• Create PLC and SCADA software codes for additional requirements from the customer scope by using ACGE company software guidelines for software level 1 modules and level 2 & 3 machine function design.
• Create, test, release and document the IIOT Tag list and Interface function.
• Create and deliver the content (screen shots) to the documentation team for the machine documentation, including operation manuals and validation documents.
• Create, hand over and store software backups for the customers.
• Execute and document the disaster & recovery process for PLC, SCADA, VFDs and servo systems.
• Impart training to QA/ CFT on new machines functions and special customer solutions.
• Supporting QA to execute machine integration test results (ITR) before factory acceptance test (FAT)

Preferred candidate profile

• Work Experience in design and development of control systems software using PLC and SCADA. (B&R, Mitsubishi and or Zenon)
• Industry preference PLC and SCADA system house, OEM capital goods / pharma machine.
