Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and program PLC-based control systems for biopharmaceutical equipment and process automation.
• Develop HMI and SCADA applications for machine operation, monitoring, and control.
• Prepare electrical control logic, functional design specifications, and automation documentation.
• Integrate PLC systems with VFDs, servo drives, sensors, actuators, and other field instruments.
• Perform software testing, FAT/SAT, and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot PLC/HMI/automation issues during manufacturing, installation, and support.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, validation, and process engineering teams.
• Ensure GMP, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
• Support IQ/OQ/PQ activities and validation documents.
• Provide user manuals and technical reports; deliver customer training.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to boost performance and reliability.

• Design, develop, and program PLC-based control systems for biopharmaceutical equipment and process automation.


• Develop HMI and SCADA applications for machine operation, monitoring, and control.


• Prepare electrical control logic, functional design specifications, and automation documentation.


• Integrate PLC systems with VFDs, servo drives, sensors, actuators, and other field instruments.


• Perform software testing, debugging, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and commissioning.


• Troubleshoot and resolve PLC, HMI, and automation-related issues during manufacturing, installation, and customer support.


• Work closely with mechanical, electrical, validation, and process engineering teams during equipment development.


• Ensure compliance with GMP, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, and other applicable industry standards.


• Support equipment qualification activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ.


• Support user manuals, operating procedures, validation documents, and technical reports.


• Provide technical support and training to customers and service teams.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, reliability, and productivity.
