Job summary

Sri Balajee Hr Consultancy is seeking a hands-on hydraulic component development lead with experience in machining using CNC and VMC. The role focuses on leading development of machined, forged, cast, fabricated, welded, and hydraulic components and driving prototype development in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct DFM reviews, GD&T, APQP/PPAP documentation, and supplier audits and development, while optimizing costs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in hydraulic component development and machining using CNC and VMC.
• DFM reviews, GD&T, APQP and PPAP documentation.
• Experience with supplier audits and supplier development.
• Ability to drive prototype development and cost estimation from zero base.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of machined, forged, cast, fabricated, welded, and hydraulic components.
• Manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Apply technical problem-solving to optimize designs and processes.
• Drive cost optimization throughout the development cycle.
• Communicate progress and present technical updates clearly to stakeholders.
