Qualifications

• Sourcing, development, and localization of forging, machining, and gear components for farm and automotive applications.
• Drive end-to-end component development, including manufacturing feasibility, process validation, and supplier readiness.
• Manage new product development activities through APQP, PPAP, design feasibility reviews, and production ramp-up.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers with focus on capability, capacity, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Recommend and optimize material selection, heat treatment, surface treatment, and manufacturing processes based on requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of development samples, validation milestones, and handover to SCM for serial production.
• Drive cost optimization, quality improvement, and localization initiatives while meeting timelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to achieve production readiness and sustained supply performance.
