Job summary

Aum Staffing Services is seeking a shop-floor candidate to execute daily assembly line production plans in Vadodara. You will focus on line balancing, takt time adherence, and in-process quality checks to control defects and improve productivity.

The role requires coordinating with stores, quality, and maintenance, and implementing basic lean practices such as 5S and poka-yoke while ensuring SOP and safety compliance on the shop floor.
