Responsibilities

• Allocate daily work to operators per skill matrix and TAKT time.
• Control absenteeism and grievances for workforce efficiency.
• Conduct FMEA to minimize defects and ensure first-time-right quality.
• Assist line-in-charge as a team member across shifts.
• Apply ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001 and 5S principles.
• Develop customer-centric quality systems for new products.

Female Line Supervisor – Assembly Shop (ES-MP2)

Job Responsibilities

• Manpower handling and deployment according to their skill set
• Training people for use of machines, equipment and process knowledge
• Identifying areas of quality improvement and taking steps to correct & prevent the occurrence
• Mapping and conceiving various aspects required such as material movement, ergonomics, optimum space utilization, poka-yoke (fool proofing methods)
• Good understanding of engine assembly process and line machines facility, e.g., Leak Test Machine, Fastening and tightening
• Daily work allocation to operators as per skill matrix & TACT time
• Effective manpower handling through control of absenteeism & grievances
• Plan and execute FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) to minimize quality defects and ensure a do-it-right-the-first-time approach
• Assist production line in-charge in various activities in shifts as a team member
• Domain knowledge of assembly and machine processes
• Knowledge of process quality control parameters, techniques and troubleshooting
• Hands‑on experience on equipment/plant set‑up related to assembly shop for 2‑wheeler / 4‑wheeler
• Diversified manufacturing experience in high‑volume production with an extensive background in manufacturing and industrial engineering
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001, 5S principles, 5W1H, line balancing
• Strategic thinking & strong execution orientation and problem‑solving approach
• New product ionization & development of customer‑centric quality systems and processes
• Experience in streamlining systems and operations to enhance Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost and morale of the team
