Job summary

Lumax Industries is seeking a production or operations professional to manage key assembly line tasks in Haryana. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, Kaizen activities, and monitoring the Production Plan versus Actual outputs to maximize productivity.

Responsibilities include ensuring optimal equipment utilization, conducting rejection analysis with countermeasures, and maintaining 5S and safety standards on the lines. Experience in audits and process improvement will be advantageous.

• Trouble shooting at assembly line
• Kaizen/ Improvement activity updating as per plan
• Monitoring of Production Plan vs Actual.
• Ensure optimum utilization of equipment and resources to increase productivity.
• Rejection analysis and countermeasures implementation.
• Documentation and audit compliance related to Customer Audit, IATF 16949, ISO-14001& EMS/OHSAS-45001, EnMS 50001.
• QCC project completion as per plan
• Resolve the problems and issues related to operation and people encountered during the shift.
• Training and skill upgradation of employees (Line leaders & Associates).
• Maintain 5S and ensure safety measures in assembly lines.
