Job summary

Schneider Electric in Bengaluru seeks a proactive Application Analyst with 5–8 years of experience to translate business requirements into technical solutions, define product features, document specs, and manage solution delivery in an agile environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, support architecture, maintain user stories and acceptance criteria, and drive continuous improvement through data analytics, testing, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• 5-8 years of experience in a techno-functional or business analyst or application analyst role.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in converting business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Good to have proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot Studio, Azure Open AI etc) is a plus
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
