FIA Global is seeking an Emerging Business Head to lead and scale its emerging business verticals, including Neo Banking, B2B recharge partnerships, fintech alliances, and distribution expansion.

You will own end-to-end business development, product adoption, partner ecosystem management, and profitability with a strong emphasis on revenue growth and portfolio performance.

Aufgaben

• Manage and grow Neo Banking, PMT, CMS, Recharge, AEPS, Insurance, EV and allied business verticals.
• Drive B2B recharge growth through fintech partnerships, API integrations and commercial alliances.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with wallets, neo banks, BBPS aggregators, merchant platforms and payment ecosystem players.
• Lead agent network expansion and channel partner engagement programs.
• Own revenue, GMV, margin, profitability and portfolio growth targets.
• Coordinate API integrations, testing, go-live and service uptime management.
• Negotiate commercials, commission structures, SLAs and revenue-sharing models.
• Drive partner activation, transaction growth and productivity improvement.
• Monitor business performance, reconciliations, success rates and operational efficiency.
• Identify new growth opportunities and build scalable business models.

EMERGING BUSINESS HEAD

Role Overview

The Emerging Business Head will lead and scale FIA Global's emerging business verticals, combining Neo Banking, B2B Recharge Partnerships, fintech alliances, strategic partnerships, distribution expansion, and revenue growth initiatives. The role requires end-to-end ownership of business development, product adoption, partner ecosystem management, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Neo Banking, PMT, CMS, Recharge, AEPS, Insurance, EV and allied business verticals.
• Drive B2B recharge business growth through fintech partnerships, API integrations and commercial alliances.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-12 years of experience in Fintech, Banking, Digital Payments, Neo Banking or Strategic Partnerships.
• Strong understanding of Recharge ecosystem, BBPS, AEPS, API integrations and distribution models.
• Proven experience in business ownership, P&L management and revenue growth.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and leadership capabilities.
