Job summary

GVK Emergency Management and Research Institute (GVK EMRI) is seeking a capable Operations Supervisor to oversee ambulance drivers and EMS staff across Rajasthan. The role focuses on vehicle readiness, field performance monitoring, and coordination with authorities to ensure high-quality emergency services.

The candidate should have a mechanical/automobile background and prior supervisory experience, with flexibility to relocate anywhere in Rajasthan and travel extensively as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Diploma in mechanical/automobile engineering as relevant.
• Experience in operations or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate within Rajasthan and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage ambulance drivers and emergency medical staff.
• Ensure operational readiness of emergency vehicles including maintenance, availability, and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with government departments and local authorities for smooth execution of services.

Role & responsibilities

• Educational Qualification:

• Experience: Relevant field/operations/supervisory experience preferred.
  
• Location Flexibility: Must be open to relocation anywhere in Rajasthan.
