Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) & Paramedics

Located in Mohali, NCR, Punjab, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Jalandhar—full‑time positions. Minimum experience: 1 year.

We are looking for dedicated, skilled EMTs and Paramedics to join our emergency response team. The role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication, the ability to perform under pressure, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency calls, providing pre‑hospital medical care and life support.
• Perform basic and advanced procedures such as CPR, airway management, bleeding control, splinting, wound dressing, and AED use.
• Assess patient conditions, record vital signs, and decide on treatment according to medical protocols.
• Transport patients safely to hospitals or medical facilities, ensuring continuity of care.
• Communicate effectively with hospital staff, emergency physicians, and dispatch teams.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Inspect, clean, and restock ambulances and medical equipment for operational readiness.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures to protect patients, colleagues, and self.
• Support community health initiatives, medical outreach, and disaster response operations when required.
• Stay updated with emergency medical protocols, first aid practices, and life support advancements.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong clinical knowledge of emergency medicine, trauma care, and pre‑hospital procedures.
• Hands‑on expertise in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) techniques.
• Proficiency with medical equipment: defibrillators, suction units, oxygen administration systems, and stretchers.
• Ability to remain calm, decisive, and compassionate in high‑pressure, life‑threatening situations.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation under pressure.
• Physical stamina and capability to lift or move patients as required.

Qualifications

• Certification or Diploma in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Paramedic Training from a recognized institution.
• Valid EMT/Paramedic license as per state or national standards.
