Job summary

Codemonk Studio is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to generate, engage, and nurture international B2B leads for our digital services. You will manage email campaigns, lead nurturing, and outreach across Website Development, SEO & PPC.

You will work with global clients in a remote-friendly setup, optimizing campaigns for higher open rates, conversions, and pipeline growth. Prior hands-on email marketing across international markets is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Email Marketing / B2B Lead Generation
• Hands-on experience with international outreach
• Strong understanding of email campaigns, automation & lead nurturing
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Experience with tools such as Instantly, Lemlist, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Apollo or similar platforms is a plus
• Ability to research prospects and create personalized outreach
• Results-oriented approach with a focus on qualified leads and conversions
