Job summary

Lime Outreach in India is seeking a senior B2B cold email marketing specialist to lead end-to-end campaigns for multiple client accounts. You will plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns using Apollo, LinkedIn Navigator, and other tools, with strict attention to deliverability and CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance.

The ideal candidate has 15 years of hands-on experience in outbound lead generation, can independently research ICPs, craft personalized sequences, test emails, and coordinate follow-ups

Qualifications

• 15 years of hands-on experience in B2B cold email marketing and outbound lead generation.
• Strong knowledge of email deliverability, domain setup, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and mailbox management.
• Experience with Apollo.io, Smartlead, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email verification tools.
• Familiarity with CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance.
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end campaigns and optimize results.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize end-to-end B2B cold email campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Identify ICPs, research decision-makers, and build targeted prospect databases.
• Set up and manage email infrastructure, deliverability, and sender reputation.
• Develop personalized email sequences, follow-ups, and signal-based outreach strategies.
• Execute pre-event, during-event, and post-event campaigns, plus LinkedIn outreach.
• Create compelling cold emails, test subject lines and CTAs, optimize for replies and conversions.
• Qualify leads, coordinate follow-ups, and generate booked sales meetings.
• Track KPIs, prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, and maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align objectives and improvements.
• Maintain compliance knowledge and best practices in campaigns.

Role & responsibilities

1. Cold Email Campaign Management: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize end-to-end B2B cold email campaigns across multiple client accounts.
2. Lead Generation & Prospect Research: Identify ICPs, research decision-makers, and build accurate, targeted prospect databases using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools.
3. Email Infrastructure & Deliverability: Set up and manage domains, mailboxes, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, email warm-up, sending limits, and deliverability performance.
4. Campaign Strategy & Personalization: Develop personalized email sequences, follow-ups, and signal-based outreach strategies targeting relevant business opportunities.
5. Event-Based & LinkedIn Outreach: Execute pre-event, during-event, and post-event campaigns, along with LinkedIn engagement-based prospecting strategies.
6. Email Copywriting & A/B Testing: Create compelling cold email copies, test subject lines and CTAs, and continuously optimize campaigns to improve positive replies and conversions.
7. Lead Qualification & Meeting Generation: Manage prospect responses, qualify interested leads, coordinate follow-ups, and generate qualified sales meetings for clients.
8. Campaign Reporting & CRM Management: Track campaign KPIs, prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, and maintain accurate lead records in HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar CRMs.
9. Client & Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and clients, understand campaign objectives, ensure timely execution, and proactively recommend improvements.
10. Experience & Technical Skills: 15 years of experience in B2B cold email marketing or outbound lead generation, with hands‑on expertise in Apollo, Smartlead, Instantly, email verification, deliverability, and knowledge of CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 25 years of hands‑on experience in B2B cold email marketing and lead generation, preferably in an agency environment.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of email deliverability, domain setup, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and mailbox management.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with Apollo.io, Smartlead, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email verification tools.
• Campaign Management: Ability to independently manage end-to-end campaigns, including prospect research, email copywriting, campaign execution, and optimization.
• Results-Oriented: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on generating qualified leads and booked sales meetings.
