Corenza for Marketers is hiring an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to lead B2B email campaigns, outbound outreach, and lead generation for international markets.

You will build prospect lists, develop personalized email sequences, ABM programs, and work with marketing automation to optimize campaign performance.

The role requires strong deliverability knowledge (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), analytics, and collaboration with marketing and sales to improve lead quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in B2B email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with email automation, outbound campaigns, and sequencing.
• Strong understanding of deliverability, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Experience with prospecting tools and CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with ABM, lead generation, segmentation, and personalization.
• Exposure to international markets, especially US/UK/Europe.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute targeted B2B email marketing and outbound campaigns.
• Build and manage prospect lists using Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and other prospecting platforms.
• Develop personalized email sequences, segmentation strategies, and lead-nurturing workflows.
• Execute ABM campaigns to engage target accounts and decision-makers.
• Monitor email deliverability, sender reputation, domain warm-up, and campaign performance.
• Understand and implement email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Work with email marketing automation and outreach tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, Zoho Campaigns, Seamless.
• Track open rates, click-through rates, replies, conversions, and other KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to improve lead quality.
