Job summary

Fresco Web Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to create and manage international campaigns, write compelling copy, and design templates using Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, or similar tools.

You will manage lists, segmentation, and automation for lead nurturing, while tracking performance and performing A/B tests to improve open rates and conversions. Collaboration with sales and marketing is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Email Marketing, Lead Nurturing, and Campaign Management.
• Experience managing email campaigns for international clients.
• Strong understanding of cold email, drip and follow-up sequences.
• Hands-on experience with email automation tools and CRM platforms (Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, or similar).
• Ability to generate, manage, and nurture international leads via email marketing.
• Experience in email list building, segmentation, and data validation.
• Strong understanding of metrics such as Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, and A/B testing.
• Experience coordinating with Sales / Business Development teams.
• Excellent written communication and email copywriting abilities.
