Job summary

Metayb is seeking a detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support planning, execution, automation, and optimization of email campaigns across the customer lifecycle.

You will set up campaigns on platforms like Mail Chimp, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot, manage segments, perform QA, and collaborate with design and content teams to drive engagement and revenue.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Email Marketing, CRM, Marketing Automation, or Digital Marketing.
• Basic understanding of email marketing concepts and customer lifecycle journeys.
• Familiarity with at least one email/CRM platform such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, or similar.

About Job Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Email Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in Email Marketing, CRM, Marketing Automation, or Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, automation, and optimization of email marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and executing email marketing campaigns and automated journeys.
• Build and schedule email campaigns using platforms such as Mail Chimp , Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar tools .
• Create and manage basic customer segments and audience lists.
• Set up automated workflows such as welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, and promotional journeys .
• Perform email QA checks for content, links, personalization, formatting, and rendering.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure emails are campaign-ready.
• Monitor campaign performance including open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate, and revenue .
• Prepare basic campaign reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support A/B testing of subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times.
• Maintain campaign calendars, documentation, and automation workflows.
• Troubleshoot basic campaign and automation issues and elascate technical issues when required.
• Ensure campaigns follow email marketing best practices and applicable compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in Email Marketing, CRM, Marketing Automation, or Digital Marketing .
• Basic understanding of email marketing concepts and customer lifecycle journeys.
• Familiarity with at least one email/CRM platform such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, or similar .
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email is an advantage.
• Understanding of campaign metrics and analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and good QA skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Good to Have

• Experience with Shopify and e-commerce email marketing .
• Knowledge of GA4, UTM tracking, and conversion tracking .
• Experience with customer segmentation and personalization.
• Familiarity with SMS/WhatsApp marketing automation .
• Basic understanding of A/B testing and campaign optimization.
