Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and Optimize Email Deliverability:
  • Oversee all aspects of email deliverability, ensuring that email campaigns reach the intended recipients’ inboxes.
  • Identify and resolve any issues related to spam traps, black‑listings, and IP/domain reputation.
  • Implement and maintain email authentication protocols such as DKIM, SPF, and DMARC.
• Analyze and Report on Email Performance
  • Track and report key deliverability metrics such as bounce rates, spam complaint rates, and inbox placement rates.
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve email campaign performance based on data analysis.
• Maintain and Improve Email Infrastructure
  • Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to ensure the reliability and scalability of the email delivery infrastructure.
  • Work closely with email service providers (ESPs) to troubleshoot and optimize delivery issues.
• Compliance and Best Practices
  • Ensure compliance with global email regulations such as CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, and CASL.
  • Educate internal teams on best practices for email list management, including list segmentation, hygiene, and permission‑based marketing.
• Strategy and Innovation
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the deliverability of email marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to email deliverability and incorporate them into the company's email strategy.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience:
  • 3‑10 years of experience in email deliverability, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and improving email deliverability metrics at scale.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of email authentication protocols (DKIM, SPF, DMARC).
  • Experience with email deliverability tools.
  • Proficiency in using email marketing platforms and analytics tools (smartlead, lemlist, clay).
• Compliance Knowledge:
  • In‑depth knowledge of global email regulations, including CAN‑SPAM, GDPR.
• Analytical and Problem‑Solving Skills:
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions to optimize email performance.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on improving deliverability rates and reducing email bounce and complaint rates.
• Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
