Job summary

ideaForge is seeking a highly motivated RCA (Root Cause Analysis) & Debugging Engineer to investigate electronic hardware failures, perform root cause analyses, and support design improvements. You will work with embedded electronics, PCB troubleshooting, and test equipment.

Responsibilities include RCA for field and production issues, debugging PCB assemblies, reading schematics and PCB layouts, maintaining failure databases, and coordinating with Design, Firmware, Production, Quality, and

• Experience with RCA for field failures and production issues.
• Strong debugging skills in embedded electronics.
• Ability to read schematics and PCB layouts.

• Investigate hardware and firmware issues.
• Read schematics and PCB layouts.
• Prepare RCA reports and CAPA.
• Coordinate with Design, Firmware, Production, Quality, and Testing teams.
• Maintain failure database and verify fixes.
