Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Electronics Engineering or related field.

• Proficiency with MATLAB, SPICE, Altium, KiCad, Eagle or equivalent tools.
• C/C++ exposure for embedded systems; firmware debugging helpful.

We are looking for an Electronics Engineer to join our R&D Electronics team. This role is suited for an engineer who enjoys building, testing, troubleshooting, and improving electronic systems in a hands‑on product development environment. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and someone who can research independently, ideate quickly, run experiments, learn from outcomes, and translate insights into practical engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, test, and refine electronic circuits, embedded systems, and components for robotics and automation applications.
• Support the full R&D cycle from concept exploration and feasibility testing to validation, iteration, and implementation.
• Troubleshoot circuit-level and system-level issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable corrective actions.
• Work on PCB design reviews, component selection, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Develop and execute structured test plans for prototypes, subsystems, and integrated electronic assemblies.
• Document design decisions, test results, learnings, risks, and improvements in a clear and traceable manner.
• Research new components, technologies, tools, and methods that can improve product performance, reliability, manufacturability, or cost efficiency.
• Take ownership of assigned problem statements, manage timelines responsibly, and communicate progress, blockers, and technical trade-offs clearly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
• 6-10 years of hands‑on experience in electronics design, testing, troubleshooting, or embedded hardware development.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics, circuit design fundamentals, microcontrollers/processors, sensors, communication interfaces, and power electronics basics.
• Working knowledge of PCB design, schematic review, board bring‑up, debugging, and electronic component selection.
• Familiarity with tools such as MATLAB, SPICE, Altium, KiCad, Eagle, or equivalent circuit simulation/design platforms.
• Programming exposure in C/C++ for embedded systems; familiarity with firmware debugging is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and an experimentation mindset.
• High ownership with the ability to research independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced R&D environment where priorities may evolve based on testing, learning, and product needs.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
