Job summary

Schaeffler, Bengaluru, seeks an Electronic Technician to support testing, troubleshooting, repair, and validation of power electronic products, including high‑voltage inverters and related PCBs. Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure quality, reliability, and performance.

You will test assemblies, support prototype builds, perform soldering and minor repairs, operate test equipment, document results, and contribute to failure analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma/associate degree in Electronics or related field (1–3 years experience)
• Experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting, or repair
• Basic understanding of power electronics
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills

Responsibilities

We are seeking an Electronic Technician to support the testing, troubleshooting, repair, and validation of power electronic products - High voltage Inverter and the related PCBs. In this role, you will work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure product quality, reliability, and performance.

• Perform soldering, rework, and minor repairs on electronic boards

• Assist with failure analysis and continuous improvement activities

Your Qualifications

• Diploma, associate degree, or technical certification in Electronics or a related field - 1 to 3 years of experience
• Experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting, or repair
• Basic understanding of power electronics preferred
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
