Your Key Responsibilities

• Breakdown maintenance / preventive maintenance of production machines.
• Repair maintain spares , vendor development related with maintenance.
• Responsible for troubleshooting & repairing of Electrical & electronic failure on various makes of grinding, turning, honing, SPM and heat treating, tool room equipment.
• Update the preventive maintenance plan and close tracking for scheduled plan.
• Suggest the ways to improve machine life cycle.
• Update preventive maintenance plan of machine as and when necessary.
• Inform store in charge to order repair parts if needed.
• Active participation in machine modification, upgradation, poka‑yoke implementation.
• This will be accomplished through their knowledge and utilization to repair electronic equipment's maintain & monitor electronic spare parts.
• Inspect machines and equipment to locate causes of trouble.
• Follow Lockout / tagout procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area in shop and after machine repair.
• Required to follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Verify running of machines and equipment.
• Able to install and commission new equipment.
• Must be aware about department targets & goal and work accordingly to achieve.
• Participation in Idea management, Environment safety.
