Job summary

Schaeffler, a dynamic global technology company, seeks an Electronic Technician to support testing, troubleshooting, and validation of power electronic products (High voltage Inverter and related PCBs). You will collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure quality and performance.

Responsibilities include testing, soldering, documentation, and supporting failure analysis while contributing to continuous improvement across development and production sites in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Diploma/associate degree or technical certification in Electronics with at least 1 year of experience.
• Experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting, or repair.
• Basic understanding of power electronics preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
