Job summary

Zucol Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Food & Beverage Service Associate Trainer in Jaipur and Bharatpur, Rajasthan, to train youth for hospitality careers under the RSLDC government skilling program.

The role focuses on hands-on F&B service training, grooming, hygiene, and standard operating procedures aligned with government curriculums. As part of RajVikas and DDU-GKY projects, you will mentor batches, ensure documentation, coordinate with project coordinators, and assist with placement support

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on F&B service experience in restaurants, hotels, banquets, or QSR.
• Experience with government skill development schemes (RSLDC/DDU-GKY/PMKVY) is a plus.
• Well-groomed, service-first mindset with strong training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end training for F&B Service Associate batches per RSLDC/DDU-GKY curriculum.
• Train candidates in table setting, guest handling, order-taking, basic beverage service.
• Conduct practical simulations of real restaurant/hotel service scenarios.
• Instill grooming, hygiene, and hospitality etiquette standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end training for F&B Service Associate batches as per RSLDC/DDU-GKY curriculum guidelines
• Train candidates in table setting, guest handling, order-taking, tray service, and basic beverage service
• Conduct practical simulations of real restaurant/hotel service scenarios
• Instill grooming, hygiene, and hospitality etiquette standards required in the industry
• Assess trainee performance and maintain government-mandated documentation (attendance, assessments, certification readiness)
• Coordinate with RSLDC/project coordinators for audits, batch reporting, and compliance
• Support placement coordination with hotel/restaurant industry partners

Eligibility

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
• 2+ years of hands-on F&B service experience in restaurants, hotels, banquets, or QSR
• Prior experience training under government skill development schemes (RSLDC/DDU-GKY/PMKVY etc.) preferred
• Well-groomed, service-first mindset with strong training delivery skills
