You will design curricula, conduct theory and practical classes, assess trainees, and ensure compliance with government program standards while coordinating with project coordinators.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or related field).
• Strong command over electrical circuits, panel wiring, motor systems, basic electronics, and safety compliance.
• Prior experience training under government skill development schemes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured training modules on electrical fundamentals, wiring, circuit design, motor control, basic electronics and safety protocols.
• Conduct hands-on lab sessions along with theoretical classes as per government program guidelines
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments aligned with program standards
• Coordinate with RSLDC/project coordinators for audits, batch reporting and compliance
• Ensure trainees are industry-ready and aligned with current electrical/electronics standards
