Job summary

Luthra Group Company in Surat seeks a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician with 3–8 years' hands-on experience in manufacturing environments. You will diagnose and repair motors, pumps, controllers, and electrical devices, and lead safety-critical shutdowns as needed.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, calibration, installation and commissioning, and coordinating with operations on power consumption.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering required.
• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in RCA (Root Cause Analysis), Crisis Handling, and Maintenance Planning.

• Safety Leadership: You are authorized to halt any work involving immediate EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) risks.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Minimum ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 3 to 8 years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in RCA (Root Cause Analysis), Crisis Handling, and Maintenance Planning.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Instrument Automation, EHSF, and ISO standards is highly preferred.
