Job summary

Waingade Enviro And Agri Solutions is seeking an experienced electrical installation and commissioning professional to manage power distribution to STP/ETP systems. The role involves installing MCC/PCC panels, cables, trays, and conduits while ensuring earthing, safety, and compliance with drawings.

The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering with extensive hands-on experience in STP/ETP projects, motor and pump connections, and pre-commissioning activities.

Qualifications

Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering required.
25 years of experience in industrial electrical installation and commissioning preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive power from the main source and distribute to STP/ETP equipment.
Install and terminate PCC/MCC panels, DBs, local control stations, and junction boxes.
Lay power, control, and instrumentation cables from panels to all equipment.
Carry out cable glanding, lugging, ferruling, tagging, and termination.
Install cable trays, ladders, supports, and conduits as per the electrical scope.
Maintain proper segregation of power, control, and instrumentation cables.
Provide electrical connections to pumps, blowers, compressors, agitators, mixers, decanters, dosing pumps, and other STP/ETP equipment.
Conduct cable testing, motor rotation checks, and pre-commissioning activities.
Support equipment commissioning and coordinate with mechanical, instrumentation, and automation teams.
Ensure proper earthing, safety, quality, and completion of electrical works as per approved drawings and specifications.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering.
25 years of experience in industrial electrical installation and commissioning.
Experience in STP/ETP or water treatment plant projects preferred.
Hands-on experience with MCC, PCC, DBs, motors, pumps, blowers and control panels.
Knowledge of cable laying, glanding, termination, testing and commissioning.
Ability to read electrical drawings, cable schedules and wiring diagrams.
Good knowledge of electrical safety, earthing and LOTO procedures.
Good coordination and troubleshooting skills.
