Job summary

247hire is seeking an experienced Maintenance Specialist in the Auto/Auto Ancillary/Gear Manufacturing sector. With 6-12 years of hands-on experience, you will execute preventive maintenance plans, update checklists, and support calibration of all machineries in Harmony shop.

You will work with a team to reduce breakdowns, improve MTBF and MTTR, perform root cause analysis, and drive TPM pillar initiatives across the plant while coordinating with OEM machine manufacturers.

Qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience in Auto/Auto Ancillary/Gear Manufacturing Industry
• Execute and update preventive maintenance plans and checklists
• Drive TPM pillar initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Responsibilities

• Execute Preventive Maintenance as per the plan and schedule.
• Work with the team to reduce breakdowns and improve Mean Time Between Failures and Mean Time To Repair.
• Update preventive maintenance checklists and support calibration of all machineries in Harmony shop.
• Maintain history of machines with details of works executed and requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Implement low-cost automations and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure storage of equipment data with high accuracy and data safety.
• Drive PM pillar initiatives across the plant and TPM pillar activities.
• Coordinate with OEM machine manufacturers.
• Adherence to Quality Management System and Environment Management System requirements

Role & responsibilities

• 6 - 12 years of experience in Auto/Auto Ancillary/Gear Manufacturing Industry

• Execute Preventive Maintenance as per the plan and schedule. Ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out.
• To work along with the team to reduce breakdown occurrence, improve Mean time between failure and Mean time to repair.
• Execute routine preventive maintenance, up-dation of preventive maintenance checklists, TBM, CBM activities and support calibration of all machineries in Harmony shop
• Maintain history of machines with details of works executed and requirements
• Perform root cause analysis and improve machine performance through permanent corrective actions.
• Implementation of low-cost automations, continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure storage of equipment data with high levels of accuracy and ensure safety of the data stored.
• Drive PM pillar initiatives across the plant and implement PM pillar activities.
• TPM Red tag closure and improvement related to machine availability.
• Coordination with OEM machine manufacturer.
