Job summary

Qualifications

• Need a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Plan & prioritize projects and coordinate with related departments/suppliers to meet timelines.
• Analyze preventive maintenance results and monitor breakdown data.
• Monitor all major AMC related to the department.
• Identify best-suited suppliers for technology/service products.
• Ensure design & verification of equipment and processes.
• Strategic selection of mechanical, electrical & electronic parts as needed.
• Be cost-conscious and drive cost reductions.
• Prepare blueprints of machine programs and coordinate with developers.
• Provide inputs and training to operating units via HR.
• Ensure output quality and implement corrective & preventive actions for customer complaints.
• Prepare and monitor the department budget.
• Upgrade skills of department staff and clarify roles/authorities.
• Address department issues with top management and seek approvals.
• Represent department processes in front of customers, suppliers, and auditors.

Role & responsibilities

Functional deliveries

• Plan & prioritize projects and continuous follow up with related departments/suppliers in order to complete project as per desired timeline.
• Analysis & result of Preventive Maintenance / Monitor breakdown data
• To monitor all major AMC related to department
• Identify best suit suppliers for technology/service related products,
• Ensure design & verification of the same.
• Strategic selection of mechanical, electrical & electronic parts as and when required
• To be cost conscious & ascertain cost reduction
• Preparation of blue print of machine program(s/w) & confirming the same to the program developer.
• Plan and ensure necessary inputs (including the training needs) to employees of the operating units for development, utilizing the services of Human Resources Department.
• Ensure quality of output as desired & initiate an effective corrective & preventive action for customer complaint
• Prepare Department Budget & monitor same
• Ensure upgradation of skill of each individual in the department
• To provide clear roles & responsibility/ Authority to department associates
• To address department issues in front of top management in time, propose solutions & get approval for the same
• To represent department processes/improvements in front of customers/Suppliers/Auditors
