Job summary

FUTURE INDUSTRIES PVT LTD in Ahmedabad seeks an Executive Client Servicing to install, service and repair our product range at client sites. The role involves electrical installation, on-site coordination with the mechanical team, and direct client interaction for service queries and troubleshooting.

You will register complaints in ERP, prepare service reports, and ensure timely resolution of warranty and AMC calls while maintaining cost controls and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning/installation of products at client premises with focus on electrical aspects.
• Assist on-site on the mechanical side during installations.
• Interact with clients to handle service queries and troubleshoot.
• Register complaints in ERP as per defined process.
• Attend service calls for warranty, out of warranty and AMC.
• Prepare service reports and obtain customer sign-off (warranty: visit free; out-of-warranty: chargeable).
• Resolve queries within defined timelines and provide parts as needed.
• Document technical knowledge via notes and manuals.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to procure parts for timely resolution.
• Monitor installation costs and assist in budgeting.
• Pursue servicing contracts and maintenance activities to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support any additional tasks as assigned by the company.

Job Purpose

He will be responsible for installation, service and repairs of our product range.The repair and installation duties may be performed at client’s place of business.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning/ installation of our products at client premises/ place of business primary focus on Electrical aspect.
• Need to Assist Team ( Mechanical side) on site of installation.
• Interacting with clients for their service queries, complaints or any technical trouble shooting.
• Registering complaints as per defined process in ERP.
• Attending service calls at clients’ premises or onsite for a) warranty b) out of warranty and c) AMC.
• Preparing service report and get the same duly signed & stamped by customer. (Warranty: service Visit without charge, Out of warranty visit: chargeable)
• Resolving service queries and complaints within defined timelines.
• Providing the parts to the clients & closing the complaint within TAT.
• Documenting technical knowledge in the form of notes and manual.
• Smooth co-ordination with vendors and concerned departments internally for procuring spare parts and providing to clients for timely resolution of complaints.
• Monitor costs and expenses related to assist in budget for Installation.
• Bringing client in servicing contract, maintenance activities Ensure Client Satisfaction.
• Responsible for assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company
