Qualifications

• Qualification in Electrical Engineering (Diploma or BE) is required.
• Minimum 4 years of EPC electrical project experience.
• Experience with site electrical execution and safety compliance.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, SLDs, and BOQs.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of electrical works for EPC projects at the site.
• Study technical drawings, specifications, and project documents to plan electrical work effectively.
• Coordinate with design teams, vendors, contractors, and other engineering disciplines for seamless project execution.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource planning, and cost estimates related to electrical systems.
• Ensure installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems are completed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
• Perform regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory norms.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including material records, inspection reports, and project progress reports.
• Resolve technical issues, interface problems, or site constraints in collaboration with the project manager and client representatives.
• Participate in progress review meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Supervise subcontractors and site workers to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
